  • You may travel to certain destinations which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.
  • Company requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations.
  • By offering for sale travel to particular destinations, Company does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. Company does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
  • Company reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Company shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
  • Company reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice.
  • No waiver by Company of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.
  • RCTRIPS generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the website as a discount coupon. Users are advised that the promotional offer of using Promotion Codes for receiving discounts can be availed only if correct and full details (of the promotional code) are filled in at the time of making the booking. In case if the customer fails to enter the promo code before making the booking, the company shall not be liable to give any credit to the customer after the booking has been made.
  • Considering there are multiple promotional offers running on the site, user can avail the benefit of only one offer at a time. No two promotional codes can be combined at the time of making a booking.
  • Promotional discounts are applied only on the base amount for Hotels. Discounts are not applicable for any additional components including taxes.
  • On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the hotel cancellation charges are calculated on total price before discount. For such bookings, an additional rctrips cancellation charge of 12% or Rs.500, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel cancellation policy. For hotel bookings, rctrips cancellation charge of 50% will be deducted.
  • 100% deposit to be paid while booking.
  • If the above-mentioned hotels are not available, similar grade hotels will be provided without compromising on any service or facility.
  • The cost is based on rate of exchange 1USD = INR 73.50
  • Airfare & Taxes are as of 15/11/2018 and are subject to change.
  • No change in itinerary once confirmed will be honored unless given in writing.
  • No verbal commitments will be honored unless given in writing.
  • 50 % cancellation charge will apply if cancelled before 15 days prior to departure and 100% charge will apply if cancelled within 15 days prior to departure.
  • The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
  • Refund will be credited within 45 working days.
  • The travel package is purely based on minimum 35 adult passengers travelling together. Any reduction in the group size will lead to an increase in price or change in the services.
  • The International Check-in time: - 1400 hrs. & check-out time is 1100 hrs.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & other land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by the passenger directly to RED CARPET TOURS.
  • All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of Suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which may involve any Increase in price and hotels?
  • Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the passenger's own & Red Carpet will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
  • Red Carpet is not responsible for any change in dates of Trade Fairs, Venue, Cancellation and / or the exhibition Profile.
  • In case of any last-minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a twin partner for a single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by the passenger’s mandatory.
  • Unutilised travel bookings

    The User shall request RCTRIPS for any refunds against the unutilized or 'no show' air or hotel booking for any reasons within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check in for the hotel booking. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines, hotels and RCTRIPS as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or no show air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited.

  • If any dispute arises between you and Company during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. Both parties shall agree to a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
  • The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Delhi, India.
General Policy:
  • You are required to pay the total amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • The price shown on the Site (www.rctrips.com) are inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unutilised flight tickets.
  • Refund against partially utilised ticket is as per airlines terms and conditions and could take up to 60 days.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • To book an infant fare, an infant must be under 24 months from the date of departure and also during his stays in the hotels. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • All Tickets issued to the customer will be governed under the terms and conditions as laid down by the respective Airlines.
  • By accepting our booking terms, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline
  • RCTRIPS charges a non-refundable per passenger service fee of Rs.200/- for one-way flights and Rs.400/- for round-trip flights, however, it may vary for few sectors/airlines.
  • Special Fares are applicable for minimum of one and maximum nine passengers in one booking
  • Seats are subject to availability and can also be requested at the airline counter upon check in
  • Special Fares are not applicable on group bookings
  • baggage allowance are applicable as per airlines terms and conditions. We advise customers to refer airlines terms and conditions before booking the ticket. All taxes, surcharges and fees are to be paid by the passenger, as applicable on the date of travel
  • Flight schedules and timings are subject to Airline rules and regulation and may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • Most airlines do not permit infants younger than 7 days. For more information, please get in touch directly with the airlines
  • As per airline policy, unaccompanied minor passengers are required to carry specific supporting documents. Please contact the airline directly for the same
  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time is 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 and half hours before departure for the international flights.
  • The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.
  • Infants must have valid birth certificate showing that the infant is less than two years old. Amendments or Changes:
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some fares are not amendable
  • Every booking made on RCTRIPS is subject to amendment with respect to airlines terms and conditions. All the amendments done on the site will attract amendment charges.
  • In case of Online Rescheduling, the existing booking id will be auto cancelled with applicable airlines cancellation charges and a fresh booking id will be generated as per current pricing.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare depending on the class booked and the class available during the ammendment, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be paid by the traveller
  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges, RCTRIPS charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 400 per passenger per sector.
  • We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel itinerary. We'll also collect the difference in fare online itself, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.

  • Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic or email (For emails travel date must be more than 48 Hrs..
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 6 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you'll need to contact our Ticketing executive through telephone.

Refund Policy:
  • RCTRIPS should be contacted for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.rctrips.com.
  • All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be in accordance with RCTRIPS by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary from Airline to Airlines.
  • Service fee / Convenience fees paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable and same shall be applicable on all cancellations.
  • The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
  • On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
  • The meal booked amount is non-refundable.
  • Company will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.
  • Refund will be credited within 45 working days.
Meal Selection Policy:
  • The meal amount is non-refundable and non-cancellable once booked.
  • The meal would be served only once. In case of connecting flights the meals need to be booked again.
  • The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.
  • The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).
Travel Insurance
  • If Travel Insurance has been accidentally added as part of a RCTRIPS booking, and customer wishes to cancel the insurance, RCTRIPS will cancel the insurance free of charge if request is made at least 48 hours prior to date of journey.
  • Insurance is only valid for trips starting from Indian Airport and destination is within India or outside India. Any trip starting from outside India, insurance is not applicable
  • Insurance is only applicable for Indian Nationals between age 0 to 70, any client above the age 70 will have to pay an additional amount depending on the policy of the insurance company
Lead Time (time between flight booking and flight time)
  • You can book domestic flights before 4 hrs of flight arrival time. If any booking made after 4 hrs of flight arrival time and your booking is not made successfully then your payment will be refunded within 45 working days.

In addition to above terms and conditions, please check the terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you. The terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you apply to you.

General Policy:
  • The total price displayed includes all applicable airport and government taxes. The ticket does not include any other charges payable at the airport.
  • You are required to pay the full booking amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • Name entered in traveller’s details should be exactly as per the passport ( ie. Surname / middle name / First name. Name changes after booking are not allowed and will attract cancellation charges.
  • Kindly make sure that you have the visa (Business/ Tourist), transit visa, immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unutilised flights.
  • To book an infant fare, an infant must be under 24 months from the date of departure and also during his stays in the hotels. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service are on request basis only and are subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation.
  • For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or promotion/ tie-ups, please contact the airline directly.
  • RCTRIPS is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight 24 hours prior to your flight departure date.
  • RCTRIPS will charge transaction fees for availing the RCTRIPS Services. RCTRIPS reserves the right to alter any and all kinds of transaction fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties and taxes for availing the RCTRIPS Services.
  • RCTRIPS charges a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs.500/- for one-way flights and Rs.800/- for round-trip flights additionally on per passenger basis.
  • Most airlines do not permit infants younger than 7 days. For more information, please get in touch directly with the airlines
  • As per airline policy, unaccompanied minor passengers are required to carry specific supporting documents. Please contact the airline directly for the same
Check-in:
  • The passenger is required to check-in at least 3 and half hours prior departure for International flights.
  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 and half hours before departure.
  • Infants must have valid birth certificate showing that the infant is less than two years old.
  • You need to carry Valid Passport, Visa, Immigration clearance etc.) done before departure. RCTRIPS is not responsible for any issues related to documents (invalid or inappropriate travel documents).
Amendments or Changes:
  • All amendments should be done at least 72 hrs (3 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 72 hrs and treat the booking as a No Show.
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some fares are not amendable
  • Every booking made on RCTRIPS is subject to amendment with respect to airlines terms and conditions. All the amendments done on the site will attract amendment charges.
  • In case of Online Rescheduling, the existing booking id will be auto cancelled with applicable airlines cancellation charges and a fresh booking id will be generated as per current pricing.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare depending on the class booked and the class available during the ammendment, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. Refunds:
  • RCTRIPS should be contacted for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.rctrips.com.
  • All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be in accordance with RCTRIPS by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary from Airline to Airlines.
  • Service fee / Convenience fees paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable and same shall be applicable on all cancellations.

  • Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline.
  • Refund will be credited within 45 working days.
On Hold Terms and Condition:
  • The ticket will be issued only if the balance payment is realized by rctrips within the stipulated time subject to following terms and conditions.
  • Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
  • Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or RCTRIPS without prior notice.
  • If the payment is not approved on given credit card number(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario you need to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.

  • In case of delay of payment realization because of any third party and should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
  • No Promo Code usage will be allowed in booking tickets through Hold Functionality. In case of any use of Promo Code withhold ticket functionality, the ticket will be cancelled and the amount forfeited.
  • In case of unavailability of the ticket by our partner airlines, we will refund your paid amount without any deductions.
  • This service is subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
  • All the bookings made through this service are subject to RCTRIPS terms and conditions and the airline terms and conditions.
  • The airline terms and conditions can change without any notice. For the latest terms and conditions, please check with directly with the airline.
  • In case of cancellation and rescheduling, the initial amount paid for holding the ticket is non-refundable.
Insurance:
  • Insurance is a third party product and is subject to terms and conditions of the third party service provider. RCTRIPS in no way be held liable to any deficiencies of service and/or in any dispute between the customer and the third party service provider.
  • For any service related issues and/or any disputes regarding insurance needs to be settled directly with the third party service provider.
  • In case of rescheduling of the ticket, RCTRIPS cancels the insurance and refund the insurance amount back to customer through the same mode of payment as used while booking the tickets on rctrips.
  • In case of cancellation of the ticket, RCTRIPS cancels the insurance and refund the insurance amount back to customer through the same mode of payment as used while booking the tickets on rctrips.
  • In case of rescheduling of the ticket, RCTRIPS, in any case whatsoever will never issue the new updated insurance policy to the customer. The policy gets cancelled automatically and the refund is initiated by rctrips back to the customer in such cases.
  • If Travel Insurance has been accidentally added as part of a RCTRIPS booking, and customer wishes to cancel the insurance, RCTRIPS will cancel the insurance free of charge if request is made at least 48 hours prior to date of journey.
  • Insurance is only valid for trips starting from Indian Airport and destination is within India or outside India. Any trip starting from outside India, insurance is not applicable
  • Insurance is only applicable for Indian Nationals between age 0 to 70, any client above the age 70 will have to pay an additional amount depending on the policy of the insurance company
  • RCTRIPS reserves the right to send communications via any communication channel including but not limited to SMS / Whatsapp / E-Mail / Facebook messenger / or any other medium.
Lead Time (time between flight booking and flight time)
  • You can book international flights before 6 hrs of flight arrival time. If any booking made after 6 hrs of flight arrival time and your booking is not made successfully then your payment will be refunded within 45 working days

The Website (https://www.rctrips.com) provides foreign currencies and travel cards for the purpose of travel and holiday only. All transactions are followed by RBI guidance and applicable laws.

RCTRIPS may or may not control any actual transaction. The stage of the final execution of the confirmed transaction, wherein the channel partner physically or digitally hands over the forex/currency as confirmed to the user in the order shall be termed an actual transaction. The Website's Users and its channel partners are not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between the users and our channel partners. There is a not guarantee that the concerned channel partner will perform any transaction concluded on the Website if the transaction is a no-obligation transaction. Ts not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the user and the channel partner, if there is any dispute between the channel partner and the user then the user or channel partner must endeavour to communicate directly and resolve such issues with the channel partner or user respectively.

The completion of all booked and confirmed orders placed by the user are subject to availability of the specifically ordered Foreign Exchange products. In case of No-obligation orders, we reserve the right to change the transacting rates of the Foreign Exchange Products on the basis of the availability of the specifically ordered Products at the time of the actual transaction.

All Foreign Exchange transactions are subject to Government Taxation, Current GST / SGST incorporating all Amendments are as follows:
Applicability of GST/SGST as per order size:
  • As stipulated by the Government of India, any conversion from one currency to another - sale, encashment & remittance will be charged a GST/SGST on the gross amount of currency exchanged as per the following slabs:
  • 0.18% of the gross amount of currency exchanged for an amount upto Rs 100,000, subject to the minimum amount of ? 45
  • ? 180 and 0.09% of the gross amount of currency exchanged for an amount of rupees exceeding Rs 100,000 and upto Rs 10,00,000
  • ? 990 and 0.018 % of the gross amount of currency exchanged for an amount of rupees exceeding ? 10,00,000, Subject to Maximum of ?10,800/-
  • GST / SGST rates, rules may change from time to time, our channel partners will charge applicable GST / SGST. While efforts will be made to update amendments in GST / SGST on the Website, we take no responsibility if the latest amendments are not immediately updated on the Website.

During the online order booking process, after confirming your eligibility to book a retail forex or an outward remittance transaction, you shall be given an option to either lock in your rates (FIXED RATE ORDER) or to leave your rates open (NO OBLIGATION ORDER)

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AGAINST NO-OBLIGATION ORDER (ORDERS WHERE THE RATE ISN'T FIXED):
  • In the event that you select the option of a no-obligation order, you shall be required to confirm your eligibility to book a retail forex / outward remittance transaction but are not required to pay a deposit to freeze the live rates as shown on the site. The rates applied on your order will be the rates that appear on RCTRIPS at the time when payment against your order is received.
  • No-obligation orders can be cancelled by the customer, RCTRIPS or RCTRIPS channel partners by way of a written request, notifying the concerned parties of the cancellation, which shall be furnished at least 3 hours before the stated time of actual transaction. There is no charge for cancellation of a no-obligation transaction.
  • No obligation orders cannot be cancelled once the actual transaction has been completed.
CANCELLATION OF FIXED RATE ORDERS:
  • In case of a fixed rate order, RCTRIPS offers the opportunity to freeze the live Foreign Exchange order rates shown on RCTRIPS site for up to 2 working days. The customer will receive the exact same rate that is available on any one of the mentioned sources, however, these fixed rates shall only be applicable if the actual order is executed within two working days of your order confirmation.
  • Fixed rate orders can be booked by paying a fully refundable rate guarantee deposit equivalent to 2% of the booked transaction value. This deposit may be adjusted or refunded to you depending on the nature of your confirmed order. The aforementioned deposit must be paid during order booking via a credit or debit card or through net banking, using our secured payment gateway or through NEFT / RTGS.
  • Fixed rates orders require us to place back-to-back non-cancellable orders with our banking/ currency exchange partners. As a result we are unable to cancel fixed rate orders. However, if such an order is found to be irregular for reasons including but not limited to non-compliance of the applicable laws, rules, regulations, notifications, ordinances or by- laws or for non-availability of supporting documents required as per RBI / FEMA guidelines or the Anti-Money laundering Guidelines of the RBI, the same will automatically be cancelled at our instance or by our channel partner and the deposit payment not exceeding and up to a maximum of 2% of the transaction value as deposited by you made to us shall stand forfeited without any further notice whatsoever.
  • You are hereby deemed to have been notified that any Cancellation of fixed rate orders by you, on your booked fixed rate orders or on account of regulatory requirements or under any circumstances will attract cancellation charges of our channel partners apart from currency swaps and will result in the fixed rate deposit, as mentioned hereinabove, being forfeited without any further notice to you.
  • Further, the foreign exchange products would be issued subject to your eligibility in terms of the applicable laws, rules, regulations, bye laws, ordinances and notifications, as well as verification of the documents submitted by You to our channel partners. Our channel partners may refuse to fulfill orders for reasons of non-compliance, suspicious transactions as required under RBI / FEMA guidelines or Anti-Money laundering Guidelines of the RBI. It is clarified that we shall not be responsible or be held liable for any damage caused to you in such circumstances and you may approach the channel partner in this regard directly for all clarifications.
CANCELLATION AFTER MAKING FULL PAYMENT AGAINST NO-OBLIGATION OR FIXED RATE ORDERS:

Cancellation of any order due to any of the following reasons & after making full payment to RCTRIPS / RCTRIPS channel partner will attract cancellation charges, which will be forfeited from the Refundable deposit in case of fixed rate orders and from the fully paid amount in case of no obligation orders

  • You do not want to go ahead further due to any reason at your end.
  • You are not able to produce the required set of original documents when required/asked to produce the same.
  • You hold an existing forex card and are not willing to close this card before completing a forex card order with RCTRIPS.
  • You are found to have not disclosed or disclosed partially all the required information to verify your eligibility of forex purchase/ sell as per the regulatory guidelines at the time of booking the order.
  • You are found to have used forex previously purchased/ remitted for illegal or illegitimate purposes as per the regulations of Reserve Bank of India.
  • Payment against a forex purchase order for personal/ leisure travel is received from a source other than the savings account of the traveler or his/ her close relatives.
  • Refund ,against cancellation of orders where full payment is received via any mode where Payment convenience charges were applied, will be processed after deduction of Payment Convenience charges from the total amount paid.
